Christopher Michael Palmer, owner and founder of CM Squared Enterprise, has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Christopher’s skills in frame to finish carpentry has presented him with many different opportunities that have only increased his creative vision. His designs and installations of custom kitchens and elaborate millwork have been featured in House Magazine and numerous websites within the designing community. Christopher’s projects have taken him all over the country from the New York City Tri-State area as well as Florida and Seattle. Now, he has begun his new journey in the Lone Star State!
Christopher began his career as an apprentice carpenter. Following a nudge from one of his mentors, Chris focused his unique skills in the high-end cabinetry and mill-work aspects of carpentry where the details really show. He began his first company in 2002 in Florida and in 2006 Christopher Michael became a licensed general contractor in New York City, and the Hamptons, and has continued his journey ever since.
Christopher and his team are well versed in all the trades, and the parts and pieces that go into any job and has gained extensive knowledge from his experience in home remodeling, extensions, and custom home builds. His versatile background gives him an invaluable perspective, one that results in an efficient thoughtful approach to each project, you can rest assured that your project is as important to CM Squared Enterprise as it is to you.
You will never be in the dark about the status of your project and when you have a question Chris will be the one to answer it. He is happy to get dirty and lend a hand, after all, it is his name and reputation that is attached to the finished product and your home!

About 10 years ago we flipped our kitchen from the front of our house to the back and extended the back of the house approximately 5 feet out. Chris never left the house at the end of the day without making sure it was clean and safe for my kids and dogs to roam around without getting hurt. I have since rehired Chris to build me two medical offices and he just renovated my new home. I highly recommend Chris for any project big or small he is a true professional and craftsman!

I met Chris back in 2014 after being referred to his company by a long-time associate and friend. I hired Chris to do a full gut and renovation of my beach house in the Hamptons. His attention to detail constant communication and daily updates were a fresh and welcome surprise! So much so that I hired him a year later to build me a custom home. The ease of working with Chris took the stress of building a custom home away and made it a pleasure, I would even go as far as to say fun! He knocked down the existing house in October and I had a certificate of occupancy in April, pretty impressive for a 5,000 sq foot home! The compliments from friends and family still continue today.
